     Submission of Papers:
 

 

The authors are kindly requested to send their Full Papers in English. The papers must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word based DOC form file to General Secretariat of ICTPE Conference ictpe0@gmail.com until April 30, 2012. Please visit ICTPE Conference in IOTPE Organization website www.iotpe.com for any information and subscription.

The full papers (5 pages or less) should be arranged in a way to include identifiable information as follows:

      full title of the paper

      name and affiliation of the authors

      e-mail account of the authors

      related paper topic

      corresponding author (name, addresses, e-mail)

      abstract (not exceeding 50 words)

      keywords

      introduction

      main text (body, divisions, subdivisions, figures, tables, ...)

      conclusions

      appendices

      nomenclatures

      acknowledgments

      references

      biographies of the authors

The accepted authors will be notified only by E-mail until June 1, 2012. The first name author's e-mail will be used for all correspondences unless otherwise requested. All accepted papers for presentation at the conference will appear in the proceedings and CD of the conference. The official language of the conference is English.

 

Deadlines:

Submission of full paper:          April 30, 2012    (by E-mail)

Notification of acceptance:        June 1, 2012      (by E-mail)

Camera ready paper due:         June 15, 2012    (by E-mail)

Registration:                            July 1, 2012       (by E-mail)

 

The Format of Papers for information of the authors is available on the ICTPE website. The submission of your contribution has to be done via General Secretariat of ICTPE Conference ictpe0@gmail.com .

All Submitted papers will be reviewed by at least three reviewers.

Unaccepted authors and any scientists/engineers can be also participant of the conference. These participants should inform their interests to the Organizing Committee with sending the Conference Registration Form and paying the Conference Fee.
