The journal is a publication of the International Organization on TPE (IOTPE) for Science, Technology and Engineering Research and Development. The aim of the organization is to promote interdisciplinary research and undertake publications on critical development challenges confronting developing and transitional countries.

The journal considers manuscripts for publication if they meet internationally accepted standards in writing research projects and reports. Therefore manuscripts are invited from interested scholars and researchers that provide multidisciplinary approach to theoretical themes, physical subjects and technical problems of Science, Technology and Engineering or chart a new course in proffering new ways of tackling contemporary development challenges will be favored. The journal engages the highest level of professionalism and strict peer reviews in the process of assessing manuscripts put together for publication in the journal.
